Intro to Camera Acting

Acting for the camera is vastly different from acting on stage.

While even the smallest whisper in theater must be audible to the last row, the camera is up close in a close-up shot. Additionally, the film set demands a completely different skill set from actors compared to the theater. Scenes are often shot out of sequence, and various angles are captured, which must then be edited together to ensure continuity.
